9.9 Meta incentives to support your Facebook Live Video Ads
Hi ULive live sellers and businesses. 9.9 is coming. Spend $400 on Facebook Live Video Ads between 8 and 10 September 2026 (SGT) and earn $100 in Meta ad credits. Spend $800 and earn $200. Limited pool, first come first served. Register 17 August to 7 September 2026.
How to register
Step 1: Click Register now
Step 2: You will see the 9.9 incentive poster. Select the Facebook Page you will go live with, then the ad account to enrol. Click Confirm. On success you will see “$200 ad credit unlocked!” — that is where credits are issued.
If you manage more than one Facebook Page and cannot see the option to register, switch Page and open Register now again. If it still does not appear, you may not be eligible.
One reward per Facebook Page; you earn the single highest tier, not both. Credits issued by 24 September, valid 30 days. Facebook Live Video Ads only.

Q: Which sellers can take part?
A: Any advertiser eligible to run Facebook Live Video Ads, located in Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore or Taiwan. New and existing advertisers are both eligible and there is no prior spend requirement.
Q: What should a seller check before registering?
A: That their Meta ad account is active, in good standing and set up to run ads. Full eligibility is in the terms.
Q: What if a seller spends $900? And is the credit guaranteed?
A: They earn $200. Rewards are not cumulative, so a seller earns the single highest tier they clear. The pool is limited and rewards are first come, first served. Meta may close enrollment early if it is exhausted.
Q: Can one business claim more than once?
A: One reward per Facebook Page, regardless of how many ad accounts sit under it. A business that runs several eligible Pages can earn a reward for each Page.
Q: Does spend before 8 September 2026 count?
A: No. Only spend during 8 to 10 September 2026 (SGT) counts toward a tier.
Q: Does this work on Instagram?
A: No. Facebook Live Video Ads only this round.
Q: When do credits arrive?
A: By 24 September, and they are valid for 30 days from issuance.
