This page explains how to ask ULive Tech Sdn Bhd to delete data that our Facebook application, ULive - Live Assistant, received from Facebook or Instagram, and any other personal data we hold about you.
Email hello@ulive.me from the email address of your account, with the subject Data deletion request. Include your Facebook Page name or store name so we can find your data.
Store owners can also log in to their account at https://store.ulive.me to review, update, or delete their personal information.
